1. Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. Where multiple goods are ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) to:

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided in Section 7 of this policy, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal / Folgen des Widerrufs
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered (see Section 5).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Return Conditions / Rückgabebedingungen
Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal under Section 1, the following additional conditions apply to all returns:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging where possible
- All original tags must still be attached
- A copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase must be included
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse a return where items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with § 357 (7) BGB. Any deduction will be communicated to you promptly with justification.
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with § 312g (2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened underwear, swimwear)
Note: Standard clothing items that have not had their hygiene seal removed remain eligible for return within the 14-day period.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items / Mangelhafte oder falsch gelieferte Waren
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at velcro.clo@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and the defect or discrepancy
- A brief description of the issue
In such cases, VELKRO Clothing will cover the full cost of return shipping and will offer, at your choice, a replacement item or a full refund including original shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights under § 437 BGB (2-year guarantee against defects) remain unaffected.
6. Exchanges / Umtausch
We do not offer direct exchanges via the return process. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please exercise your right of withdrawal (Section 1) to return the original item and place a new order on our website.

7. Refund Processing / Erstattungsbearbeitung
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within five (5) business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive your returned goods or evidence of return shipment.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account. We will not charge any administrative fees for processing refunds.
8. Order Cancellation / Stornierung
Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at velcro.clo@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the goods, in accordance with Section 1 of this policy.

(This form is provided in accordance with Annex I(B) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Completion is not mandatory — any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient.)
