1.  Order Processing / Bestellungsbearbeitung

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details, in accordance with Article 246a § 1 EGBGB.


Note: During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays proactively by email.

3.  Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). All times are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Exact shipping costs and available methods for your delivery address will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, in accordance with § 312j BGB.

4.  Shipping Costs / Versandkosten

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. All prices include applicable VAT where required by German law (§ 19 UStG or standard rate).


  • Free standard shipping within Germany on orders over €50
  • Shipping costs for international orders are displayed transparently at checkout
  • No hidden fees — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay


Note: For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland), import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

5.  Tracking Your Order / Sendungsverfolgung

All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:


  • Your DHL tracking number
  • A direct link to track your parcel on dhl.de or dhl.com
  • Estimated delivery date


If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 4 business days of your order, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at velcro.clo@gmail.com.

6.  Delivery / Lieferung

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. VELKRO Clothing cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. recipient not present), DHL will leave a notification card and retain the parcel at the nearest DHL location or Packstation for collection. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund for the goods only.


Packstation Delivery

We support delivery to DHL Packstations across Germany. To use this service, please enter your Packstation number and DHL Post Number during checkout.

7.  Lost or Damaged Parcels / Verlorene oder beschädigte Pakete

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link. If the parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at velcro.clo@gmail.com.


If your order arrives damaged, please do the following:


  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening fully
  • Contact us at velcro.clo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photographs in your message


We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your statutory rights under § 437 BGB (warranty against defects) remain fully unaffected.

8.  Transfer of Risk / Gefahrenübergang

In accordance with § 447 BGB, for consumer purchases (B2C), the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Until the goods are delivered to you, VELKRO Clothing bears the risk of loss or damage during transit.


Note: This means that if your parcel is lost or damaged by the carrier before reaching you, we are responsible and will arrange a remedy. Please notify us promptly if this occurs.

9.  Customs & Import Regulations (Non-EU)

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), the following applies:


  • Shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties upon entry into the destination country
  • Any import taxes, duties, or customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • VELKRO Clothing declares the accurate value and description of goods on all customs documentation and does not falsify customs declarations
  • Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control and do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order without following the standard withdrawal procedure


UK customers: Since Brexit, all imports from Germany are subject to UK customs procedures. Orders under £135 are subject to UK VAT at point of sale; orders above £135 may incur import duty. Please check HMRC guidance for current thresholds.

10.  Sustainability / Nachhaltigkeit

VELKRO Clothing is committed to responsible shipping practices. We use minimal, recyclable packaging and consolidate shipments where possible to reduce our environmental footprint. We ship primarily through DHL GoGreen-compatible services where available.
